All works published by the User on our Website and/or Application are protected by copyright. In the event that a User publishes a work on the Website and/or Application that does not belong to them, the account of such User will be immediately blocked along with any balance contained in that Account.
When using the Website and/or Application, the User sells electronic copies of their works. The User is informed and agrees that the Website (Application) charges the User a 10% commission on the value of each sale of a digital copy of the User’s work, which constitutes a fee for using the services of the Website and/or Application.
The User is informed and agrees that they are required to provide the Website and/or Application with personal payment data to ensure the deduction of a 10% commission from the sale of digital copies of works as a fee for using the services. At the same time, the User’s payment data provided to the Website and/or Application will be protected and will not be disclosed to third parties in any way.
For the convenience of using the Website and/or Application, the owner of this software product may require the User to provide certain personal information. The information requested by the Website and Application owner will be stored and will not be transferred to third parties in any way.

APPLICATION PROVISIONS
All terms of this Privacy Policy also apply when using the mobile Application "Stijoy", which was created for the project. By using the "Stijoy" Application, please carefully review this Privacy Policy.
The Application does not use your social network account for authorization.
The Application does not process or transmit the User’s account personal data to third-party servers.
The Application may send anonymized data to Google Analytics servers to analyze application usage.
The Application always requests access to the User’s device file storage.
The Google Analytics library embedded in the Application uses the User’s device identifier to associate collected analytics data. The anonymized data collected by the library are analyzed to identify more or less useful application features for further improvement of the Application, as well as to collect and study data on application performance in the event of fatal errors or malfunctions. The analytics data collected do not contain the User’s personal information or information that could lead to identification of the User.
Access to storage is used for data caching on removable media; the Application does not access the User’s personal data or files and does not operate on them.
By using the "Stijoy" Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
These terms govern the relationship between the developer and the User.
They do not provide for the regulation of the rights of third parties. If the User does not agree with the terms of use of the Application, they must stop using the Application.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND DMCA POLICY
As the Administrator asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it also respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on the Site or linked to by the Site infringes your copyright, you are encouraged to notify the Administrator in accordance with the general DMCA policy.
