Copyright Assignment Agreement

Sole Proprietor Yevhenii Strochyk, hereinafter referred to as the "Client", and ________ ____________ __________ ______, hereinafter referred to as the "Author", have entered into this Agreement as follows:

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Author grants the Client the right to perform any legal actions related to the copyright of the images transferred under this Agreement, within the territory of Ukraine and beyond.

1.2. The right of disposal includes, in particular, the right of sale, publication, and other use of the images.

1.3. The Author’s remuneration shall be as follows:

Electronic comics — 65% / 25% of the amounts paid by Users;
Video comics — 40% of the revenue;
Printed products — 10% of the wholesale price;
Free content and stickers — 70% of AdMob revenue.

1.4. The remuneration shall be paid within _____ days after the transfer of the images.

1.5. The transfer shall be carried out in electronic form with the signing of an acceptance certificate.

1.6. The Client has the right to reject the images if they are deemed unsuitable.

1.7. Upon completion of this Agreement, the term of use of the images shall not be limited.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Rights of the Author:

Retention of personal non-property rights;
Receipt of remuneration.

Obligations of the Author:

Confirmation of authorship rights;
Fulfillment of the assignment within the established time frame.

Rights of the Client:

Acquisition of property rights to the works;
Publication and distribution of the works.

Obligations of the Client:

Timely payment of remuneration;
Indication of authorship (by agreement).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Author grants the Client full rights to use, edit, publish, and sell images and videos without limitation.

The use of materials in a manner that infringes honor, dignity, morality, or the legislation of Ukraine is prohibited.

The Client has the right not to indicate the name or pseudonym of the Author.

4. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

5. Other Provisions

The Author guarantees the originality of the materials and bears responsibility for any claims of third parties.

This Agreement enters into force upon signing and remains valid until the Parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.
